Important notes: Yes, these do exist... the QUEEN of 000's... we, at Tone Brothers, are pleased to present this elusive, 12-fret, slotted headstock, 000-45 from 1927! This is a 2-owner 99-year old guitar, which has remained in the North-East for its entire life. The lightest 000-size guitar we've seen so far; weighing in at just 3.5LB. Built in the first quarter of 1927, the guitar remains in great, ready-to-play condition. There are no breaks or repairs at the headstock nor the heel. There are several very old, professionally repaired and stable top cracks and one equally-old, professionally repaired and stable side crack. The back and sides of the guitar was refinished, and the top was lightly over-sprayed decades ago. The neck was professionally reset and the intonation and action are perfect, adjustable up and down. The bridge and bridge-plate remain original; the original bridge-plate has been reinforced with an additional laminate layer on top. The frets remain original and have recently been dressed. This pre-war masterpiece is ready to be played and loved for another 100 years! Comes with a heavy duty Hiscox flightcase.
