This guitar is based on a late 1962 Stratocaster with a rosewood fingerboard. It features a body made of carefully selected alder wood, a quarter-sawn maple neck, and a round-laminated rosewood fingerboard. The pickups are hand-wound 60/63 Strat pickups, which fully output the thick, extended midrange characteristic of alder/rosewood construction.

Regarding the condition of this instrument, while it is difficult to discern due to the aged finish, there are some minor scratches that appear relatively new and some paint chips around the neck joint, but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance. The frets have about 70% of their height remaining, and there are no issues with playability, including the neck and electronics, so you can enjoy this instrument for many years to come.
