Fender Precision Bass #4 Hama OKAMOTO Signature - 3 Tons Sunburst *NEW* japon import

Due to high demand and the scarcity of this signature model, which is not exported to Europe, we have decided to import it for you.

FENDER Precision Bass, signature model of Hama Okamoto (OKAMOTO'S), one of the most influential bassists on the contemporary Japanese music scene.

It features a slim Jazz Bass neck shape (38.1 mm at the nut) for easy playability. A "Red Tortoiseshell" pickguard and finger rest, requested by Hama, have been added. The specifications have become even more authentic, especially as you can see in the promotional photo, where Hama is holding his bass with one hand :) Japanese luthiers also select the best basswood in terms of weight and resonance (on average between 3,650 kg and 3,900 kg ).

INFO: There are two different Sunburst finishes for the Okamoto Signature: the difference between a 3CS and a 3TS is somewhat subjective. The 3CS has a more opaque, more "orange," less translucent gradient finish.
