General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
1/ We accept returns on request, no questions asked. You will receive a refund of the value of the instrument, deducted from -10% corresponding to the costs of restocking and payment (payment fees of just over 3.5% are not reimbursed by Reverb). Shipping costs are not refundable.
Regarding second-hand products, they must come back to us in the same initial condition, without traces of play, without any sign of use on your part, and above all we insist on the fact that the instrument must not have undergone any adjustments. , disassembly / reassembly, attempted repairs or modifications: in which case additional costs will be added in accordance with Reverb rules (which authorizes the adjustment of the amount of the refund after receipt and verification of the condition of the instrument). And concerning new products, imperatively in their original 'UNOPENED' packaging, and of course unplayed.
Any return that does not comply with our specific conditions will be refused.
2/ In specific cases, where the buyer has refused delivery, an automatic deduction of -10% will be applied for restocking and payment costs, provided that the instrument returns to us in the same initial condition as when sales. Additional costs may therefore be added, at our discretion and according to the Reverb rules in force.
3/ Regarding "orders canceled by the customer" after payment, a deduction of -10% will be made as compensation for the costs incurred (packaging, unpacking, resale on sites, payment fees of just over 3.5% are not reimbursed by Reverb etc.)

1/ Nous acceptons les retours sur simple demande, sans poser de questions. Vous recevrez un remboursement de la valeur de l'instrument, déduit de -10% correspondant aux frais de restockage et de paiement (les frais de paiement d'un peu plus de 3,5% ne sont pas remboursés par Reverb). Les frais de transports ne sont pas remboursables.
Concernant les produits d'occasion, ils doivent nous revenir dans le même état initial, sans traces de jeu, sans aucun signe d'utilisation de votre part, et surtout nous insistons sur le fait que l'instrument ne doit pas avoir subi de réglages, de démontages/remontages, de tentatives de réparations ou de modifications : auquel cas des frais supplémentaires se rajouteront conformément au règles Reverb (qui autorise l'ajustement du montant du remboursement après réception et constatation de l'état de l'instrument). Et concernant les produits neufs, impérativement dans son emballage d'origine 'NON-OUVERT', et naturellement non-joués.
Tout retour non-conforme à nos conditions particulières sera refusé.
2/ Dans les cas particuliers, où le destinataire aurait refusé la livraison, une déduction automatique de -10% sera appliquée pour frais de restockage et de paiement, ceci, sous-réserve que l'instrument nous revienne dans le même état initial que lors de la vente. Des frais supplémentaires pourront donc s'ajouter, selon notre appréciation et selon les règles Reverb en vigueur.
3/ Concernant les " commandes annulées par le client " après paiement, une retenue de -10% sera effectuée en dédommagement des frais occasionnés (emballage, déballage, remise en vente sur sites et frais de remboursement d'un peu plus de 3,5% non-remboursés par Reverb etc..). Les frais de transport engagés seront remboursés.
