A Rosewood-Bodied J-45 Workhorse
The J-45™ is Gibson's best-selling acoustic of all time. Nicknamed "The Workhorse" and first introduced in 1942, this iconic acoustic has become the cornerstone of Gibson's round-shoulder, dreadnought line. Gibson is pleased to release a new version of the J-45 Standard with rosewood back and sides that delivers all of the playing and sonic characteristics you'd expect from the world-renowned J-45 but with slightly fuller bass response and overtone complexity due to the rosewood body.
