Most Items will ship within one business day. We promptly package and ship all orders as soon as payment has cleared. All instruments are set up and inspected before shipping. We have extensive experience making sure that your instrument arrives at your doorstep in one piece and ready to play. All items are shipped from our warehouses in Ontario Canada and Buffalo New York. For orders placed outside of North America, please refer to your local Country policies to check if there are any additional fees. . Most of the product we sell on Reverb are made in North America and are duty free. If a parcel is refused because of duties charges, we will refund the product price once we receive back the product less any associated fees for refusing the shipment.
