The Fender Vintera III Mid '60s Telecaster Maple in 3-Color Sunburst gives you that mid '60s Tele tone with the added snap and brightness of a maple fingerboard. The Sunburst finish keeps it classic and versatile, while the maple board adds a little extra attack and clarity to the overall feel. If you want that crisp Tele bite with a slightly sharper edge, this version is worth a close look.

Built with an alder or ash body and a maple neck carved into a Mid '60s C profile, this Tele feels broken-in and comfortable right away. The 7.25 inch radius maple fingerboard with 21 vintage tall frets maintains the traditional curvature and vintage feel. The pair of Vintage-Style Mid '60s single-coil Tele pickups deliver articulate bridge snap and warm, usable neck tones that cut through a mix. The 3-saddle vintage-style Tele bridge with threaded steel saddles keeps that authentic '60s twang intact.

Vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut, and knurled flat-top knobs round out the period-correct details. The 25.5 inch scale length provides the familiar Fender string tension and clarity, and the Master Volume and Master Tone layout keeps everything simple and effective. We like this one because it blends mid '60s character with the added presence of a maple board, making it a strong choice for players who want a little extra bite. A deluxe gig bag is included.
