The Spaceman Spacerocket II is a uniquely voiced, all-analog fuzz that's more than just a throwback-it's a modern reimagining of one of Spaceman's earliest designs, celebrating their 15th anniversary. If you're looking for a fuzz that doesn't just sit in the mix but interacts with your playing in a wild, almost synth-like way, this pedal delivers. Whether you want octave fuzz tones, fat compressed sustain, or waves of strange harmonic texture, the Spacerocket II is built to explore the weirder edges of fuzz without losing its musical core.

At its heart is a simple three-knob interface, with a three-position toggle switch that reshapes gain, bass, and compression all at once. Each setting offers a different launch point-ranging from tighter low-end punch to massive, blooming fuzz with a more pronounced octave effect. Compared to the original Spacerocket from 2011, version II features a significantly reduced noise floor, a stronger octave response, and tonal refinements that keep the lows tighter and the highs smoother.

It's hand-built in Portland, Oregon using discrete through-hole components, with true bypass switching and a durable aluminum enclosure. The pedal reacts to your dynamics, pickup selection, and where it sits in your chain, making it highly interactive-especially for players looking to blend fuzz with delay, modulation, or pitch-shifting effects. If you want a fuzz that sounds like nothing else and rewards experimentation, this one's a standout.
