1951 Epiphone Zephyr Emperor Vari-Tone in Blonde with original Epiphone Lifton hard case! Finest example of a first year Emperor available for sale in the world. This was Epiphone's response to Gibson's legendary Super 400 and was half an inch larger! Zephyr was Epiphone's name for all electric guitars. Emperor was the model name. Regent was the term for any guitar with a cutaway and Vari-Tone was the ultimate top-spec flagship model variant of the Emperor, which was already Epiphone's most expensive flagship guitar. Of course there is aging and blemishes to be expected from a guitar that is three we quarters of a century old (out living my own father) but this is as good as anyone could possibly expect to wver find a 1951 example. This is cheaper than many brand new Gibson Murphy Lab guitars.
Worldwide shipping to any country. Will be professionally packed and shipped with UPS or FedEx. I am selling off my entire guitar collection, so follow me here and keep an eye out on upcoming listings. Mamy rare and interesting guitars for sale.
