Shipping Policy

I ship worldwide to any country using FedEx. Their terms and conditions will apply for the delivery of your purchase. If your country does not have FedEx, a partner company in your country will be used for the final journey once your purchase arrives in your country. If you want a different service, such as UPS, you must let me know in advance and pay the difference for any added costs, insurance, upgrades, etc.

If a guitar comes with a hard case, you will see it in the photos. If you do not see a hard case, it does not come with one. A gig bag will always be provided when available or unless the guitar is an odd shape and does not have a hard case or a gig bag. In that situation the guitar will be expertly packed with bubblewrap and a lot of extra protection.

For pre-owned amplifiers with tubes, the tubes are never covered for shipping. There is almost never an issue, but sometimes they come loose and need to be re-seated or sometimes break and need to be replaced. For amplifiers being shipped to a country with different voltage, no parts are covered whatsoever and you must ensure you have configured the amplifier to the correct voltage or have purchased and applied a proper step-up/down transformer. Always make sure your amplifiers is set to the proper voltage and make sure it has a proper load to the correct ohms connected to either a speaker cabinet or a load box.

All of my instruments are professionally packed with quality bubble wrap. The guitars will be packed snug in their cases so that they do not slide around and bang into their case. Any loose items, such as a tremolo bar, will be secured either in the case storage compartment, pocket of a gig bag or wrapped separately inside the box so as not to cause any damage to the instrument. The case will be packed snug so that it does not slide around inside the box. I use professional custom-made guitar boxes. Occasionally, I will recycle a previously used box or make a custom box for odd shaped packages, oversized packages, or whenever else the need arises.

HAND DELIVERY: For expensive instruments, I may be able to fly or drive to you to deliver in person. This must be arranged in advance of purchase, and you will be responsible for travel costs instead of shipping costs.

COLLECTION: If you are near Denmark and feel like making the trip to collect in person, our nearest airport is Billund or you can drive to Ringkøbing town centre and meet up for a coffee and to collect your purchase 🙂
