The Tube MP is the worlds most popular external microphone preamp.
It was originally released in 1995, and made the authentic warmth of a real tube preamp accessible to all recording musicians. It was recognized with a nomination for Outstanding Technical Achievement at the prestigious TEC Awards, and remains one of ARTs best known and most popular products.
Its a natural choice to extend the functionality of your audio interface, offering a different character from your onboard mic pres. With a genuine 12AX7 tube and up to 60 dB of input gain, you can add harmonics and gentle saturation to help a track stand out in a mix, or get aggressive for creative effects. Its also an exceptional direct box that enhances any instrument, adding fullness for thick, round tones.
Compact and easy to use, it features XLR and 1/4 connections, variable input and output gain, and switches for phantom power, boost, and phase reversal.
Hear for yourself why engineers around the world have warmed up their tracks for three decades with the Tube MP.
