Orders may take up to 24 hours to be processed. This processing time is in addition to the period stated on the shipping method. Orders are collected by the carrier the business day after processing. Weekends and holidays are not counted in the processing window. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company. We reserve the right to cancel any order as we see fit.
If you have an upcoming deadline, we advise you to contact us as early as possible to ensure that we can get your items to you on time.
We offer free shipping on most items that are $150 and up to customers located in the U.S. (Exceptions may apply). Expedited shipping is available on most items.

Merchandise must be resealable as new, in original condition and packaging.
Returns for any reason other than the item(s) being defective:
(1) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
(2) Refunds for transactions that originally included free shipping are subject to a deduction for the full actual cost of the original shipping.
(3) Expedited shipping charges are not refundable
(4 ) Refunds for transactions in which customers paid for expedited shipping are subject to a deduction up to the full actual cost of the original shipping.

If your order is incorrect for any reason, please contact us immediately and retain all shipment packaging.
If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
If you received a defective product, please contact us within the return period, and we will send you a return label. If, after evaluation, the product is confirmed to be defective, we will send a replacement to you at no charge to you.
If you experience any issues after our return period, we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly.
This return policy only applies to shipped online purchases due to the time required to ship orders. Our in-store return policy does not apply to online purchases. Our online return policy does not apply to in-store or local pickup purchases.
In all cases, you must have your order number, invoice number, and original receipt.

Any modifications made to instruments that include, but are not limited to, pickup installations, lowering action below factory specifications, and converting right-handed instruments to left-handed, are ALL SALES FINAL.
Factory-sealed merchandise cannot be returned once the seal is opened/broken.
