Van Halen's "Unchained" ranks as among the most well known songs that feature a flanger pedal, right up there with Heart's Barracuda.
The MXR EVH117 Flanger pedal brings you those classic Flanger tones with modern control and reliability, in a signature black and white striped case.
This amazing stompbox features the same bucket-brigade technology that provided the sweeping, whooshing magic of the original with the added EVH Switch, which instantly calls up Eddie's "Unchained" sound with the exact same Manual, Width, Speed and Regeneration settings that he used to get one of the greatest guitar tones of all time.
Power your EVH117 with 2 9V batteries or an 18V adapter or 18V output on your or or pedalboard power supply.
