Music Man was Leo Fender’s second brand, founded in the 1970s, followed later by a third one: G&L. The StingRay was an immediate success upon its release, establishing itself as a benchmark for active basses. This five-string StingRay is fretless, featuring an ash body with a beautiful visible wood grain, paired with a maple neck and Pau Ferro fingerboard with an 11" radius. The electronics have been upgraded, with Bartolini pickups and a John East preamp. It comes with its original case.
