Original vintage c 1970- 1973 Guild F212-XL XII 12 string jumbo acoustic in lovely playing condition, complete with original case!

The F-212XL is really THE acoustic 12 string guitar, and guild’s claim to fame. These towered over the martin and Gibson guitars of the period in tone, quality and playability, and have become the gold standard for studios and performers since.

This sweet old example is a very nice player, with excellent action, electric neck, effortless feel, and a huge, room filling voice. She just sings. The saddle is about as low as she’ll go without channeling, but she plays well all the way up the neck, excellent frets, and solid ebony fretboard.

Cosmetically, she’s quite lovely indeed, with lots of natural patina, lacquer and play wear, all earned, all skin deep. There is a hint of the classic rosette crack at the fretboard joint, but it is immobile, and does not go through the top. She should be good for many years to come. She ships in the original hard case pictured.

Enjoy!
