All purchases are professionally inspected, packed, and insured. Returns are accepted for domestic shipments by arrangement. Some larger instruments, especially vintage keyboards, recording consoles, tape machines, and other electro-mechanical devices will require regular tuning, calibration and service upon receipt and installation. Routine service should be expected.

Returns are accepted by prior arrangement only. Items shipped internationally are not eligible for return. Vintage electronics and keyboards, because of their uniquely fragile nature, are not eligible for return. Routine service of internal electrical components is frequently required after shipment. For all returns, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for the non-refundable 3.5% reverb payment processing fee. All returns and cancellations are subject to a seller 10% restocking fee.
