Here for sale we have an Eastman PCH1-GACE Electro Acoustic Guitar in Thermo-Cure Natural finish. Made in China in 2021, this guitar consists of a Solid Thermo-Cure Sitka Spruce top, Laminated Sapele back and sides, an Okoume neck, and a 20-fret Rosewood fingerboard. Other appointments include a Bone nut, a Rosewood bridge, Pingwell RM 1171-CVR 3+3 tuners, and an Eastman Pickup and Preamp system. This system features controls for volume and tone. 

The satin finish Traditional Even ‘C’ profile neck feels well balanced and familiar in the hand, giving a comfortable playing surface, without being unmanageable. The venetian cutaway gives excellent access to the upper register and the Grand Auditorium body style provides a lively and responsive playing experience without feeling cumbersome.

The tone of the PCH1-GACE is full and warm, with a rich low end, a smooth yet forward midrange, along with clear and articulate highs. The open pore finish really lets the guitar resonate freely, for a lovely 'broken-in' tone with excellent dynamic control. The Eastman pickup and preamp system gives excellent versatility in a discreet soundhole mounted package, perfect for a wide range of playing situations.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall excellent condition. Any markings to the headstock are difficult to discern.

Neck: Overall very good condition. The fingerboard demonstrates light scratching, only visible under direct light at certain angles. The rear of the neck demonstrates light indentations, most notably in line with the 4th fret. These markings cannot be felt beneath the strings or by the hand in playing position. Light indentations are apparent to the heel.

Body: Overall good condition. The front face demonstrates small areas of shiny gloss like residue and indentations to the finish throughout, most notably at the bass side shoulder. The rear face demonstrates a small light scuff mark to the treble side of the lower bout, any other markings are difficult to discern. The sides demonstrate more of the glossy residue to the bass side waist, cutaway tip and treble side of the lower bout. A small white marking on the finish is apparent at the treble side waist.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any fret work the new owner may wish to perform.

Current Set Up:

Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (4mm hex) not included.

Hardware: Fully functional and good condition. Light concentrated scratching and a small area of glossy residue is apparent to the pickguard. There is moderate material left in the saddle.

Structural: No concerns or issues to note.

Height of the string from the 12th Fret-1.25mm - Bass 1.75mm

Very good condition. The tops of both back straps have started to fray. This does not affect functionality.
