To be covered by our postage guarantee you must follow the shipping instructions sent to you. You do not have to use this service if you would prefer to organise the return yourself. In this case we will issue you a full refund.
Where applicable we can deduct our cost for organising the return from your refund. A fee will be payable if you ask you to arrange a return and then decide to cancel the return after we have sent packaging to you.
Wheer applicable and in order to comply with eBay and Paypal policy we will ask you to pay for the return shipping before we orgnaise it and then pay you a full refund.

If the postage guarantee does not apply and your guitar is damaged in the post we will offer to return your guitar to you for a charge of £25+ 2.5% of the guitars value. We may offer to purchase your guitar as an alternative.
If your guitar doesn’t arrive as described
We are proud of our record of delivering accurately described guitars. Nevertheless we recognise the importance of having a clear policy if we have made a mistake along the way. The same policy will apply if the guitar is damaged in transit.
In order to tell us you would have an issue with the guitar please follow the QR code that was sent with the guitar or contact us on the platform you purchased your guitar from. We will normally ask you for a video demonstrating the issue. We will ask a guitar tech for our repairs department to review the video.
For our return policy to apply you must ensure that the guitar is kept in the condition you received it. If you take the guitar to a local technician and they do any work to the guitar or if you do any work to the guitar this return policy will no longer apply.
With the exception of changing the strings on the guitar must be returned to us without any alterations to it. We strongly recommend clearing any work you do to the guitar with us before undertaking the work if you wish the return policy to remain valid.
Once you have told us there is an issue with the guitar we will pause the expiry date of our return policy. Once we consider the issue resolved we will provide you with a new return deadline. It will however be at least 5 working days from the date of our email.
If we agree that you have not received the guitar that was described in the listing we will offer to arrange a collection of the guitar. We will pay for the return of the guitar and the materials you need. You will still be responsible for following the steps outlined in our Postage Guarantee.
If you do not follow the steps laid outlined in our Postage guarantee and the guitar is damaged in the post we reserve the right to refuse the return. In these cases we will offer to return your guitar to you for a charge of £25+ 2.5% of the guitars value. We may offer to purchase your guitar as an alternative.
Where applicable and in order to comply with Paypal policy we will ask you to pay for the return shipping (and charge £40 + 2.5%) before we orgnaise it. We will pay you a full refund for both the guitar and the shipping once we have received the guitar and accepted the return.
Third Party Arbitration
If you make a payment through a payment method that offers their own buyer protection and you refer your purchase to them. The terms set out in this return policy will cease to apply and the payment providers policies will be used instead.

For all sales outside the UK our return policy, in the case of no fault returns we do not refund outward postage and charge an adminstration fee of £150 for processing returns due to the work involved in organising the return of the guitar.
