A Small Body with a Full-Sized Voice

Don't let the compact size fool you. The Taylor GS Mini-e is a small-scale acoustic with a voice that punches way above its weight class. This Special Edition pairs a solid Spruce top with layered Indian Rosewood back and sides, a classic combination that delivers a rich, complex tone you'd expect from a much larger guitar. The unique Vintage Teal Burst finish gives it a look that's as bold and inspiring as its sound.

Tone Woods That Inspire

The magic starts with the solid Spruce top, which provides incredible clarity, dynamic range, and a crisp articulation that brings out every nuance of your playing. Paired with layered Indian Rosewood, you get a lush, resonant low end and sparkling highs. This construction also ensures the guitar remains resilient against changes in humidity, perfect for the traveling musician. The result is a guitar that's incredibly responsive, whether you're gently fingerpicking or digging in with a flatpick.

Plug and Play with ES-B Electronics

When you're ready to plug in, the onboard Taylor ES-B electronics capture the guitar's natural acoustic voice beautifully. The system features a built-in digital chromatic tuner, volume control, and a 3-band EQ, giving you everything you need to shape your sound for the stage or studio. It’s an all-in-one system designed for a seamless, plug-and-play experience.

- In business since 1976! Moore Music has been a premier brick-and-mortar guitar shop in Evansville, Indiana since shortly after opening in 1976. Founder, Pat Moore, instilled in his business the concept of old-school service that we build upon today. When the current owner, Brett Mulzer, took the store online as Moore Guitars in 2013, we quickly developed a reputation for honesty and integrity in all our interactions with our customers. That’s a prime reason why we’re the fastest-growing online guitar shop.

- Old School Customer Service: Nothing is more important than helping a customer even if we don’t make a sale. We believe that if we’re honest with you, and treat you right, you’ll be back. Call us, or chat with us online. We love talking about guitars, and we want to help you find your perfect instrument. Even if it’s not from us.... but we think it will be!

- Our sales staff are all musicians! What’s more important than communication? We speak your language. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional player, we’ve been in your shoes. A lot of aspects of the guitar are intangible, and a non-player just can’t understand. It’s a guitar thing. But we can talk about tone and feel in the same language you use. We know what it means to love an instrument, and we want to help you find your new love.

You should have NO disappointments when you see this guitar and hold it for its first strum! Please call the staff at Moore Guitars if you would like to have a personal “on the phone” description of this guitar. Thank you for looking at our listing!
