This guitar is a first edition Squier '51 (produced in 2004) with a wonderful Vintage Blonde finish. The smooth and comfortable neck has the same shape as the Fender Telecaster neck.It has an extraordinary good playability and tone.This Squier '51 has been modified: instead of the HS-configuration, it's equipped with two single coil pickups. The neck pickup is the original one, the bridge pickup is a Gotoh Classic pickup that reproduces the classic vintage T-style single coil sound.The electronics have been modified too. There's one volume control and a 5-position rotating tune switch.The guitar will be delivered with the original pots, control knobs and pickup. The pickup plate that's installed at the moment uses the original screw holes.The guitar is set up with new Ernie Ball 10-46 strings.CONDITION OF THE GUITAR FOR SALEBody: very good: light signs of use, no deep scratches, dents or chips; the finish has a regular pattern of very shallow and narrow 1 cm long indentations on the front and the back of the body (not visible from a normal distance, very hard to make a picture of). It's not disturbing at all but it has to be mentioned.
