Overview

The Moog Source was produced from 1981-1985 and was the first Moog to offer patch memory storage. This was also the first Moog to feature a data wheel to edit all parameters which were enabled by small membrane buttons instead of individual knobs and sliders. The Source also contained the legendary 24 dB/octave Moog filter.
