About this listing
The Mayones Jassper Elite 7 Baritone (B26,5) in Trans NaturalFade Graphite Burst Out Gloss Swirl is a breathtaking display of Polish boutique craft, combining an offset silhouette with high-performance extended-range specs and striking visual depth. Featuring a highly figured 4A Curly Poplar top over a TEW (Tonally Enhanced Wood) swamp ash body, this 7-string baritone delivers immense low-end punch, incredible natural resonance, and supreme clarity under heavy gain.
The guitar's bolt-on construction features a 1-piece Maple TEW neck reinforced with two carbon rods for unyielding stability, finished in smooth Trans Natural Matt for a fast, friction-free feel. The fretboard is a stunning 4A Birdseye Maple TEW with a flat 16" radius, double offset 4mm acrylic white dot markers (bass-side frets 3–12, treble-side frets 15–24), and SBM-23 Super Blue side dots in black piping for dark stage environments. Outfitted with 24 Ferd Wagner stainless steel frets across an extended 26.5" scale length, this instrument maintains taut, punchy string tension across the low B string while keeping leads responsive and elastic.
Sonically, the Jassper Elite 7 Baritone is loaded with a custom Velvetrone 7-string humbucker set—an Ironside bridge and Solium neck. Covered in brushed nickel with black hex bolts, these pickups are wired to a Bourns 500kA volume pot with a Mayones Treble Bleed Mod and an Electroswitch 5-way lever selector switch. The system offers a rich array of tonal options, from devastating high-gain rhythm work to pristine, articulate split-coil cleans.
Hardware appointments include a Mayones Tune-O-Matic 7 bridge paired with a dedicated Mayones Tailpiece 7 for optimal string vibration transfer. Complemented by Hipshot GripLock tuning machines and a Switchcraft jack, this 7-string baritone represents the apex of modern custom guitar engineering.
