The Bantam bass amp was produced by Fender from 1969 to 1972. This silverface was mostly distinguished by its use of an oddly shaped Yamaha speaker with a white plastic cone. These amps are not especially prized by players, and are mostly sought-after for their strange speaker.

    Yes the Bantam Bass Amp was designed with a crazy Yamaha styrofoam speaker, so it loses 1 star. Remove it! Put in whatever you like best. The "BASS" channel sounds good for guitar and has a useful MIDDLE tone control. The "STUDIO" channel tone stack is not very inspiring. I need to find someone…
