Looking for more warmth and definition? This is our Standard Retube kit. It contains three JJ ECC83S's with one current balanced for the phase inverter in V3. The power tubes are a premium matched pair of the JJ Electronic 6L6GCDM special "Double Mica" tubes. These are tubes made especially for Eurotubes with double mica spacers in the top to reduce tube rattle.
Your JTM 30 was originally equipped with the Sovtek "wafer based" 5881's. If you choose to go with the JJ 6L6GC's which are a full size tube the rear screen will not fit. The JJ 5881's are an alternative and will allow the screen to fit.
These amps are fixed bias and it's critical the proper grade is selected. We can select both the JJ 6L6GC's and 5881's in grades that will be plug and play with no mods necessary.
Unlike other tube venders who charge for low noise tubes, all our tubes meet rigorous tests for low noise, microphonics and nine additional tests.
