Greco Vintage Japanese SA-550R Semi-Acoustic 1980 Sunburst with fitted Leatherette Case

Up for grabs is this beautiful vintage Japanese 1980 FujiGen-built Greco semi-hollow, it’s a great looking and playing Sunburst SA-550R. This tone of sunburst is not a finish we find often on original Greco SA guitars. It has plenty of vintage ageing going on with the binding now turning yellow and a very dark and dense rosewood fingerboard with fret end binding (pics). Very well built with a half centre block construction (which doesn’t run length of guitar giving it more of a Casino feel). It has block inlays and original Maxon humbuckers. Nice and light at 3kg. The thinner 1960's 3-piece maple neck is dead straight, truss rod fine & plenty of life left in the frets. There have been no breaks or repairs. A very cool vintage Japanese 335. Complete with cool old Japanese 335 fitted leatherette softcase. All pictures are of actual guitar.
