•This is one of the best amps I’ve owned. As closed to a vintage '59 Bassman Amp at a fraction of the cost. This amp is incredibly, touch sensitive and provides amazing dynamic response. It makes me smile every time I plug into it. I've never gigged this amplifier, and it has always been kept in a climate controlled environment.

The next owner won't be disappointed; it’s an absolute beast.

Here’s how the amp evolved / the process:

• Purchased a new Fender Bassman reissue and the sent it to George Alessandro for his hand wire service with component upgrades including Pacific transformer. Check out the Alessandro website, George is a brilliant amp designer and builder. The craftsmanship and quality of the electronics and wiring is second to none. Incredibly quite in ideal mode.

• After a few months, I decided the look of the amp needed an upgraded to match the quality of the vintage tone that Alessandro created with the electronics, so I contacted Armadillo Amp Works.

• Will at Armadillo Amp Works, produced a period correct cabinet and he gave it a beautiful aging / relic job. It fools the vintage amp cork sniffers every time.

• The Armadillo cabinet was then loaded with the Alessandro rebuilt amp and Alessandro alnico speakers, which are out of this world. I then sold the original Fender Reissue cabinet and the original speakers.

• It was a bit of a journey, but this amp is up there with the best I’ve played. Sounds great straight in, with input channels jumped or with your favorite pedal. Man, this amp loves drive pedals!
