Like new. Includes hofner hard case and all original case candy and paperwork. Bought as a collectors item, never left the house. Strung with labella black nylon tape wound strings and set up with med to low action. Plays great. Removed bottom strap peg and put on the included D ring (see pics) to be used with included official leather strap. All these accessories came new with the bass. Original strap pin of course is included. Save on import fees, which I already paid, and get the original and official Beatles Bass and save money.
The Mersey is the name of the river that flows into Liverpool. Mersey Sound is the name of the "sound" Liverpool. Inspired by Paul McCartney's bass that was lost on the Get Back recording.
