Fender's American Performer Stratocaster delivers the exceptional tone and feel you expect from an authentic Fender—with enhancements that inspire creativity. The American Performer Strat includes Yosemite single-coil pickups, designed for rich, expressive tones ideal for any musical situation. With flat-staggered pole pieces to increase output and a shellac coating controlling feedback, Yosemite pickups let your musicality shine through.

Unlock New Tonal Possibilities

The American Performer Strat's push-pull tone control adds the neck pickup in any switch position, unlocking musically useful tones. Fender's Greasebucket circuit rolls off highs without reducing gain. A 5-way blade switch and master volume/tone controls give you tonal versatility.

Comfort and Playability

The American Performer Strat's Modern C-shaped maple neck and 9.5" radius rosewood fingerboard suit any playing style. 22 jumbo frets make bending effortless and accurate. A vintage-style synchronized tremolo bridge, synthetic bone nut, and die-cast tuners keep you in tune.

Quality Craftsmanship

The American Performer Strat's alder body provides balanced, resonant tone. A satin polyurethane finish protects the body and neck while highlighting the woodgrain. Nickel/chrome hardware and a silver '70s logo complete the package. The truss rod is accessible at the headstock for easy neck relief adjustments.
