Fantastic sounding and looking microphone from the same minds who worked on BLUE back in the day. This mic does the forward vocal thing very well, I’ve used it interchangeably with a 414 if I need something brighter and not as thick. Also one of the most hifi mics I’ve ever used, it sounds BEAUTIFUL on acoustic guitars, guitar cabs, horns, snare drums, kick drums, whatever.
