Here it is….the human ear in the room. Love love love these and pretty much any RCA ribbon. Just always delivers the ethereal goods. Magic for sure in this era of Legendary microphone technology and design. AEA are probably the only company to deliver something close to what these microphones gave us. Used on every famous album for over 80 years. This one was gone through by Mister Clarance Cain about a decade ago. We’ve used it sparingly since then as our studio is doing more mixing this last decade and less recording hence why we’ve downsized and are moving on some great vintage recording equipment.
