Up for sale we have a clean 100% original 1971 Fender Stratocaster in 3-Tone Sunburst finish with original black Tolex hardshell case. This particular example is in excellent used condition showing only light cosmetic wear with small dings, dents , scuffs and surface scratches scattered sparsely throughout the body from normal use over the years. The backside of the body shows a bit more wear than the front with some buckle rash and worming. Internally and externally original including electronics with undisturbed solder joints. Just a killer 4-bolt early ‘71 Strat that plays like butter.

- Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard features a 7.25” radius, pearl dot inlaid fret markers and 21 medium jumbo frets. Frets are in great shape with only light grooving beneath B and G strings across the first 7 frets, good height and life left in them. Notes ring clean and clear with no dead spots

- neck is nice and straight, set-up with 10-46 round wound slinky’s, nice low action

- Truss rod access located at the heel of the neck, functions as intended

- large peghead with Fender Stratocaster waterslide decal, butterfly style string retainer and Fender “F” tuning machines
