Kept in a smoke free home. Barely played. It has lived in my closet in a case. Case not included (belongs to another Arrow guitar that is played often). Ships in original ESP LTD wedge box and placed inside of an oversized box with plenty of bubble wrap. Sounds great and plays well! Quilted top, satin finish. Has some discoloration on the back of the larger tine near the battery cover.
