The Recording King RR-41-VS is a small-body resonator guitar that delivers authentic vintage tone at real value, at home in folk, blues and country settings alike. At the heart of its voice is a 9.5 inch European hand-spun Recording King cone, mounted in an open pedestal-style soundwell where soundposts let vibrations move freely through the full body cavity.
The all-mahogany body and neck carry a thin C profile for fast, comfortable playing, paired with a padauk fretboard and dot inlays. A maple biscuit bridge with an ebony/maple saddle and a metal tailpiece complete the build, finished in a rich vintage sunburst gloss that shows the grit and soul of classic American roots music.
