The Recording King RM-997E-VG takes the Swamp Dog Style-O's gritty midrange growl and adds the one thing a gigging player needs, the ability to plug in. A USA-made Fishman Nashville biscuit-style pickup captures every nuance of the cone and bridge, translating your playing with faithful, natural tone through any amp or PA.
The distressed bell brass body wears its own one-of-a-kind vintage green patina, honoring the raw, cutting sound of pre-war single-cone resonators. Grover open-gear tuners, a bone nut, maple biscuit bridge with ebony and maple saddle, and a comfortable C-profile mahogany neck round out a build that's as road-ready as the pickup that powers it.
