I have a 2023 G&L USA Fullerton Deluxe ASAT Classic here. I have its factory paperwork, and it has been upgraded to a new SKB hard shell case. Originally these come only with a gig bag. This is a lightweight specimen weighing just 7 lb 10 oz.

Conditionally this guitar looks beautiful.

The body top shows a minimal amount of guitar pick strumming on the plastic pickguard. Any similar superficial swirling will be absolutely minimal anywhere else. I did not find any clusters or accumulation of any soft swirling on the body itself, nor did I find any singular marks. The gloss finish and hardware look exceptionally clean and shiny.

The body sides and edges look excellent across the perimeter. I did not find any play wear. There are no neck pocket cracks, bumps, or indentations.

The body back likewise looks exceptionally clean. There is no buckle rash or worming, nor did I find any buildup of any lower intensity pattern play wear. Any superficial traces of use will be absolutely minimal to nonexistent.

The neck looks as clean as the body. I found no notable signs of use of any kind. There is no fret wear, nor are there any chips or dings on the headstock. The setup plays fantastic. It feels like it has 9 to 42 gauge strings installed, giving it a very easy, slinky playing feel. It plays like butter. The original electronics are working exactly as they should. The new hard shell case is in excellent condition.

This one rates a 9.7/10 and grades as excellent. This guitar is on the better side of excellent and on the higher side of what I typically see in used guitars. It's a beautiful specimen. It is structurally and sonically sound and plays and sounds fantastic.

This is an especially nice specimen from the now discontinued G&L USA lineup. It features a lightweight solid swamp ash body. Over the past several years, genuine swamp ash has become increasingly scarce and is often reserved for premium instruments. So this is essentially the classic T style guitar as Leo Fender originally envisioned it. Lightweight swamp ash has always been one of the defining ingredients of that timeless design, giving the guitar its lively resonance, quick attack, and unmistakable snap.

G&L have really dialed in how to get the best overtones from their hardware to compliment the tonewoods and pickups. That is to my ears the biggest factor that sets them apart from other companies making Strat and Tele style vintage guitars. They put a lot of R and D into crafting their own tone. I consider them a player's and connoisseur's brand for vintage style guitars, all the more so due to their reasonable price point for a premium USA made guitar.

Note that this listing may come down at anytime as I am a multi-platform seller and do sell locally and on my own site as well in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged on Reverb sales when applicable, so factor that in to your purchase.

I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.
