A rare and real surprise packet from the earliest period of Japanese strat reproduction. Made from Hinoki (Japanese Cypress) wood that is similar to Sen. Lightweight with a lovely feel and pickup. Is flawless in operation and plays really well with a mid/low level action, no buzzing or flat spots. Has had a comprehensive set up to ensure everything is functioning perfectly. Pickups sound good with true vintage tone. Is all original minus a strap pin and spring on one of the saddles. Never seen another one. Frets are in good order, clean and level without much ware. Mod it or keep it as is and own a piece of history.
Pickup and inspection is available at Point Frederick NSW (1 hour from Sydney) or I can courier Australia wide well packaged with optional insurance. International shipping available on request.
