1956 Bassman.5E6 circuit Original transformers
I am selling it for Reed Ferrell a local Houston blues guitartist and guitar teacher who is the second owner and bought the amp in 1990 From Ray Lambert Houston finest Amp repair tech at the time. Ray put in a baffle board to makes the amp silent when its on.Kendrick speakers purchased and installed in1990 as well and have never been reconed. Ray also replaced the old power chord with thick new 3 prong power cable that fastens to the inner side of amp wall. All of the knobs are original and the numbers and has treble etc are there and readable.
The original owner replaced the tweed covering with black tolex and it still has the H&H Music Store( where it was purchased) badge on top The leather handle was custom-made by Stelzigs Western Wear store
Probably 25-30 watts of clean sound
The amp has beautiful, warm tone, not as loud as the 4 input 5F6 plenty loud enough from most gigs. If you are looking for a Very nice reliable player 5E6 Bassman with original Transformers and a wonderful warm tone, this is the one for you
