This listing is for a matched set of vintage 1967 Avedis Zildjian & Co. cymbals.

Sometime in 1967, a local boy walked into the world famous "DRUMS UNLIMITED" store on St. Elmos Avenue in Bethesda Maryland. He purchased a set of brand new Rogers drums and at the same time, bought these cymbals. Two of the cymbals still have their original Drums Unlimited decals on the underside of the center bell. The hi-hats don't have these decals.

Here is a list of the cymbals;

20" medium ride cymbal (approx. 2177 grams)

17" sizzle thin crash cymbal (approx. 1302 grams)

Pair 14" thin hi-hat cymbals. (top hat weighs approx. 751 grams, bottom hat weighs approx. 757 grams)

Both the ride and sizzle cymbals have slightly elongated center holes. Also, there are some small flea bites along the edges of both cymbals. I have installed new, genuine Zildjian rivets on the sizzle cymbal.

All of the cymbals have been carefully cleaned and polished and as you can see from my pictures, these cymbals really sound and look great!
