Martin 000-13E Retro Walnut - Natural

Are you ready to elevate your acoustic game? The Martin 000-13E Retro Walnut brings a serious punch of tone and jaw-dropping style to the legendary Road Series lineup. This auditorium-sized beauty features a solid spruce top that delivers remarkable clarity, sharp projection, and quick responsiveness, making it a dream for fingerstyle players and expressive strumming alike. Combined with scalloped X-bracing, the top moves naturally to let your notes bloom beautifully with immense character.

The star of the show here is the solid black walnut back and sides. Often called "Pennsylvania rosewood" by local luthiers, walnut delivers a brilliantly balanced, warm voice with focused, dry midranges and full, rich basses. It serves up the perfect blend of projection and tonal complexity, rivaling premium, traditional tonewoods. Whether you're tracking in the studio or playing on the couch, this wood combination rings true and clear with stunning acoustic properties. Famous artists like John Mayer and Eric Clapton have long trusted Martin's 000 body style for its legendary string-to-string balance, and this walnut-infused model continues that proud heritage.
