Gibson Blues Hawk 1998 Vintage ~Limited Edition~ House of Blues Black Mahogany/Maple Rosewood Fingerboard USA 1990s

Up for sale is a 1998 Gibson Blues Hawk Limited Edition – House of Blues, finished in Black, made in the USA during the 1990s. This special model features the unique “Southern Comfort House of Blues Rock-N-Roots Music Series 1998” graphic, making it a highly collectible and distinctive Gibson. From what I have found, only 50 of these House of Blues/Southern Comfort guitars were made.

Built with a Mahogany body and Maple top, paired with a Rosewood fretboard, this Blues Hawk delivers a warm, resonant tone with clarity and character, perfect for blues, roots, and rock players.

This one is in very good condition with no checking or heavy use. Some items to point out:

• Chipped paint at bottom strap button
• The finish on the back of the neck has been removed for a smoother, faster playing feel.
• General scratches for normal use
• Good but not original hard case
