A rare 1990 Fender Japan Order Made Stratocaster finished in an uncommon blue/green metallic custom colour.

Built at the legendary Fujigen factory during the golden era of Fender Japan, this guitar was produced as an Order Made instrument rather than a standard catalogue model. Order Made guitars were built to special order specifications by Fujigen’s highly regarded Custom Edition Team, led by master builder Makoto “Nick” Sugimoto.

This example features original Fender USA Vintage pickups, a steel block tremolo bridge, 5-way switching and a beautifully figured quartersawn maple neck. A genuinely uncommon early 1990s MIJ Strat with premium specifications and a rare custom finish.

✅ Condition - fully functional, works exactly as it should, cosmetics as pictured. Excellent overall condition for its age. The body and neck present beautifully. Frets show some wear and would likely benefit from a future level and crown down the track, but it currently plays great with low action, no buzzing and solid intonation. The fretboard shows authentic lacquer wear from use, and there is one small finish line at the side of the neck pocket as pictured.
