This guitar came from a Japanese dealer, the owner's manual is printed in Japanese from Gibson.
This is a rare version of a R4 54. There were several black 54s with humbuckers available at the time I bought this one. They all had Schaller tuners. This is the only one with Kluson tuners.
This is slightly used guitar with very minimal dings and scratches. Look at the photos carefully.
