17 fret tenor banjo. Triple X was made in 1924-1926. built by William Lange in NY.
in very good condition, plays and sounds really nice. stays in tune very well.
original case is in good condition as well. I have it tuned in Irish tenor tuning but could be tune as regular tenor tuning by changing the strings. The rim and resonator is maple with a little bit of birds mouth. the neck is also maple with a rosewood fingerboard with ebony binding on the fingerboard sides.
