Up for sale, a 2022 Fender Traditional II ‘70s Jazz Bass in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the hangtags. A Fender Japan exclusive model uncommon outside its country of origin, the Traditional series instruments are the latest “Made in Japan” iterations, adhering closely to vintage spec.
Tonewoods comprise an ash body and a bound maple neck with pearloid block inlays, and the instrument has plenty of natural midrange punch and clear treble growl, sustaining well and weighing 10lbs 2oz. The Vintage-Style single coil pickups have a present sound with focused low end and upper midrange burp. This Traditional ‘70s Jazz Bass has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-105 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and accurate intonation.
