Seven treble register switches allow the player to change the tone or "voice" of the instrument by engaging different sets of reeds. the registers are:
- ORGAN: Likely a rich, full sound. A hollow, pipe-like sound often used for classical pieces.
- CLARINET: A pure, clear, and mellow tone.
- VIOLIN: A "wet" sound with a slight vibrato or tremolo.
- BANDON: Short for "Bandoneon," typical of tango music. Direct, gounded sound, reedy, dry, and slightly nasal. Soulful, melancholic sound of the traditional concertina used in Argentinian tango.
- MASTER: Engages all available reeds for the fullest volume and tone.
- PICCOLO: A very high-pitched, bright sound.
- BASSOON: A low-pitched, deep, rich sound.
