The combination of a solid alder body (without weight reduction) and an richly grained flamed maple top gives this Jazz Bass not only an extraordinary look but also a particularly balanced tone with additional overtones and punchy, warm low end. The lightly flamed quartersawn maple neck, featuring the proven bolt-on construction, offers an extremely comfortable playing feel with the Modern C neck profile, while the rosewood fingerboard with compound radius adapts perfectly to the hand along the fretboard.

Plugged in, the two top-tier Fender Select Jazz Bass singlecoil pickups, combined with the classic passive wiring, deliver distinctive sounds that suit virtually any playing technique in virtually any musical genre. The bass successfully produces warm, bluesy vintage tones, groovy funk basslines, as well as powerful modern rock sounds with higher output, making it an absolute all-rounder.
