The Godin 5th Avenue Night Club is a sophisticated, fully hollow archtop that blends 1950s soul with modern Canadian craftsmanship. Finished in a striking High-Gloss Indigo Blue, this model is a step above the standard 5th Avenue line, trading the typical satin finish and P90s for a more "uptown" aesthetic and a premium TV Jones Classic humbucker in the neck position. This pickup is the heart of the guitar, delivering the iconic "Filter'Tron" chime and growl that provides incredible clarity for jazz, blues, and rockabilly.
Constructed from Canadian Wild Cherry, the body is lightweight and resonant, offering a warm, woody acoustic voice that translates beautifully when plugged in. The pairing of a stable Richlite fretboard and a Silver Leaf Maple neck ensures a smooth, fast playing surface. To round out the vintage vibe, it comes equipped with a Bigsby tremolo tailpiece and a roller bridge, allowing for expressive vibrato while maintaining excellent tuning stability.
This instrument is in excellent condition—truly a "near-mint" example. There is very little to distinguish this from a brand-new guitar; the gloss finish is clean, the hardware is bright, and the frets show virtually no wear.
