Discontinued and rare BC Rich Draco electric guitar, in MOSTLY good shape, but also a bit imperfect. If I was to guess, and I will guess, I'd guess this was built in 2007, but I honestly have no idea. I BELIEVE these were introduced to the world in 2008, based on what little info I can find on them. These were made somewhere in the mysterious land of Asia, could be China, could be Korea, no concrete idea. It's actually a really cool guitar, very unique looking, plays and sounds great....but it's not perfect, please keep reading....

It features a dual rails single coil pickup in the neck position, and a humbucker in the bridge, both likely actual BC Rich pickups. Some models of these had Rockfield pickups in them, this one does not. It is a neck thru design, string thru body. One dual function pot, acts as a volume pot, and a push / pull pickup selector switch. The pot has JUST A HINT of scratchiness to it, spraying it would probably fix it, but it's not currently causing an issue as is. Otherwise, the electronics and mechanical parts of the guitar all function as they should, though I don't mess with truss rods and bridge intonation. Since there doesn't appear to be an issue with the neck or bridge, I assume there's no issue with them

The body and neck are in good shape....well, till you get down to the bottom part of the body of the guitar, the "pointy parts", as I've always lovingly referred to them. THE POINTY PARTS ARE A LITTLE BEAT UP, as I've tried hard to show in the pictures. Dinged up, and a little less wood there than when it left the showroom floor. Your massive fanbase isn't going to see that imperfection, the imperfections are on the very bottom of the guitar (opposite end of the body from the headstock, in other words....I realize this guitar kinda has "pointy parts" all over it). Anyway, a little bit of the wood is missing from that area, nothing SUPER serious, nothing that will threaten the structural integrity of the guitar. That imperfection won't be visible, no one will know, and it will be your little secret, unless you talk in your sleep.

The neck appears to be straight, the action is good, the frets aren't worn out. If you can play a guitar, you can play this guitar.

There's no case or bag for it, sorry.
