This is an older (mid-20th-century) German-made Hohner 64 / 280 chromatic harmonica, with 4 chromatic octaves, in the key of C. Features a slide button, metal plates, and a woodgrain-finish plastic comb. Also includes an original Hohner case in faux alligator pattern. The chrome finish on the plates is starting to wear off a bit, from frequent play. The slide button is nice and springy. The case is a bit worn, especially the lettering. See photos for detail.
