Pioneer PL-A58 vintage automatic turntable from Japan.
The platter turns smoothly, but since I don’t have the proper needle/stylus, I have not been able to fully test sound output.
Dust cover is cracked at the hinge areas. I will include the broken hinge pieces in the package so the buyer can attempt a repair. The cover still protects the deck when placed on top.
Overall cosmetic wear consistent with age, but the main unit itself is in good shape.
Important Notes:
This is a Japanese domestic model, designed for 100V power. Please use a step-down transformer in countries with different voltage.
As with all vintage hi-fi, some servicing (cleaning, lubrication, new stylus) may be needed for best performance.
